Ibis Mackay has two dedicated meeting rooms with the ability to deliver a range of conferences, presentations, meetings and events with the up-most success. Incorporating the origins of the Mackay airport grounds, The Lieutenant Murphy and The Corporal Simpson event spaces are well-equipped and thoughtfully designed for your next event.

The Lieutenant Murphy Room is our largest event space holding up to 70 guests whilst the Corporal Simpson Room is perfect for intimate meetings of 4-8 people. Both rooms bask in natural light and neutral tones brought to life by our event set-up to create a welcoming environment. We can also offer our TurBarlence Terrace for Cocktail functions or private events as this is proven to be a great outdoor space for local events, corporate functions and sporting meets.

Our onsite restaurant TurBarlence is also well-known by the area for our delicious food sourced from fresh and local suppliers. This then ensures all guests can enjoy the variety and freshness with our thoughtfully constructed event menus, specific to your requirements. Multiple menu’s are available to be viewed and all requests can be met by our kitchen to ensure all conferencing attendees requirements were met.
